Ecuador Mainland + Galápagos Classic Tour
Ecuador 360 is a soul-stirring motorcycle journey that balances adventure with ease, excitement with tranquility. Designed for beginners, couples, and explorers seeking authentic experiences without the pressure of high-intensity riding, this 18-day route brings you face-to-face with Ecuador's magnificent diversity: Andean peaks, Amazon jungles, colonial cities, volcanic hot springs, and the otherworldly Galápagos Islands.
You'll cruise winding backroads, rest in centuries-old haciendas, and soak in the rhythm of a country where every region feels like a world of its own. Guided by seasoned professionals, supported by a backup vehicle, and riding the comfortable and capable Moto Guzzi V85TT, this tour is crafted for comfort, culture, and connection.
What to Expect
This isn’t about racing the clock — it’s about moving through Ecuador with presence, curiosity, and comfort.
You’ll ride an average of 120–200 km per day, on a route curated for scenic flow, cultural depth, and ease of pace. Every detail — from rest stops to overnight stays — is chosen to balance discovery with downtime. Expect a blend of winding tarmac, gentle gravel, and lush backroads as you pass through cloud forests, volcanic valleys, Amazon riversides, and coastal towns.
Climate & Gear:
Ecuador’s unique geography brings varied climates. In the Andes, mornings can be brisk (10–15°C), with sunny afternoons. The Amazon will be warm and humid, while coastal days are breezy and tropical. Light layers, breathable gear, and rain protection are key. Your Moto Guzzi V85TT is equipped for comfort and control on all terrain we’ll encounter.
Meals:
Meals are a celebration of Ecuador’s cultural richness. Breakfasts feature tropical fruits, local coffee, and fresh bread. Dinners vary from hearty Andean stews and wood-fired meats to coastal seafood and Amazonian specialties like maito (fish steamed in banana leaves). In the Galápagos, enjoy beachfront picnics, grilled fresh catch, and cold local beer. You’ll dine in a mix of authentic eateries, cozy lodges, and colonial haciendas — always with character, never generic.
Accommodations:
Expect hand-picked lodges and hotels that reflect the soul of each region: candlelit haciendas in the highlands, eco-lodges tucked into the rainforest, and charming Galápagos beachfront stays. Comfort, cleanliness, and a strong sense of place are our priorities.
Fauna & Flora:
Wildlife lovers rejoice — this is one of the most biodiverse countries on Earth. Watch hummingbirds dart between cloud forest orchids, share breakfast with monkeys in the Amazon, and swim alongside sea lions, reef sharks, and rays in the Galápagos. From giant tortoises and marine iguanas to highland llamas and colorful toucans, nature meets you at every turn.
Culture & Encounters:
You’ll meet weavers, artisans, cacao growers, and warm locals who love to share stories. Wander colorful markets like Otavalo, walk through Inca and colonial history in Cuenca, and end each day with a deeper connection to the land and people.
Pace & Support:
This tour is ideal for beginner and intermediate riders, or experienced travelers who want something slower and more scenic. Our support vehicle carries luggage and offers a cozy ride for pillions or tired riders. With a bilingual guide, local contacts, and 24/7 assistance, you’re never alone — unless you want a moment to yourself.
